Troubleshooting Email

Email subject displayed as SomeSubject

If the email is missing the subject that you've set on your template and instead it is showing up as SomeSubject,  please follow steps below.

1: Login to your SendGrid account.

2: Click on the Templates button to select your email template.

3: Select your email template, Click on Settings button and then edit.

4: Click on the settings button.

5: Add your subject in Email Subject field instead of SomeSubject and click Save Template.
