Swrve has 2 separate login environments for customers. The first is for US and other North American customers: dashboard.swrve.com
EU customers can log into their environment at eu-dashboard.swrve.com
If you have issues logging in, check https://eu-dashboard.swrve.com to confirm if your company has been created on the EU dashboard portal.
If you continue having login issues, you can change your password.
To change your password, do the following:
Step 1: Log out of Swrve.
Step 2: Click the Forgot Password link on the logon screen (in the correct US or EU dashboard). You are prompted to enter your email address.
Step 3: Enter your email address and click the Reset Password button. An email containing a link is sent to the email address you provide.
Step 4: Click on the link contained in the email. You are directed to a change password screen.
Step 5: Enter your new password. This password must be sufficiently complex.
If you still cannot login, confirm with your admin that your user has been created and allowed access to an app in the Swrve dashboard.
